Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) walked right up to President Obama after this week’s State of the Union address and let him know that Democrat Leader Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) was standing in the way of the STOCK Act from reaching the floor for a vote. This was right after Obama had called for such legislation in his address.
