CNN anchor and correspondent Jake Tapper posted on Twitter, quoting GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush, who defended Fox News’ Megyn Kelly amid the social media backlash over Fox News and GOP frontrunner Donald Trump’s jab at Kelly following the debate.
Tapper’s post on Twitter read: .@JebBush: “Megyn Kelly is probably the most professional, talented journalist on cable television — on television, in America today”
Bush — who follows GOP frontrunner Donald Trump by a wide gap in the polls — is siding with Kelly as did GOP candidate Carly Fiorina against the real estate mogul.
Despite Trump’s jab at Kelly, he still remains the GOP frontrunner according to a new poll released Monday.
