Cruz Campaign: ‘There Are Twitter Addiction Therapy Groups,’ Trump ‘Should Check in With His Local Chapter’

Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz’s campaign has shot back at Donald Trump’s latest attacks, saying the media mogul should check himself into Twitter rehab.

“Reality has hit the reality star,” said Cruz’s Communications Director Rick Tyler. “Since Iowa, no one is talking about Donald Trump. That’s why he’s popping off Twitter.”

“There are Twitter addiction therapy groups, and he should check in with his local chapter,” Tyler added.

Since getting the second place spot in Iowa, Trump has taken to Twitter claiming that Cruz stole the Iowa caucus by spreading false rumors that Ben Carson was dropping out of the race.
