On April 19, 2018, Breitbart News reported that two residents in Glen St. Mary, Florida, used an AR-15 and a 9mm pistol to turn the tide on seven home invasion suspects. News4Jax reported that the suspects kicked in the door around 4 am, claiming to be from the sheriff’s office. Three residents were home, two of which greeted the suspects with gunfire. The resident with the AR-15 estimates he fired 30 rounds by himself.

The alleged home invasion was not successful.
