A protester dining at a Washington, DC, Mexican restaurant this week took his ire out on White House senior adviser Stephen Miller by calling him a “fascist.”

Miller—who called the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance policy” of prosecuting illegal migrants at the border and separating migrant children from their parents a “simple decision”—chose to dine at Espita Mezcaleria in D.C.’s Shaw neighborhood Sunday evening, where a few patrons heckled him for his immigration views.

“Hey look guys, whoever thought we’d be in a restaurant with a real-life fascist begging [for] money for new cages?” a customer told Miller, according to the New York Post.

Miller ignored his hecklers while at the restaurant, according to a person who witnessed the exchange.

The incident came just days before a career Department of Justice (DOJ) employee, along with her colleagues from the Democratic Socialists of America, chased Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen out of a Mexican restaurant and called her a “fascist pig.”

The socialist group protested Nielsen as her agency announced it would begin to prosecute all migrants who enter the United States illegally under the “zero-tolerance” policy. Trump signed an executive order Wednesday that would allow illegal migrant families to stay together until the parents’ cases are decided on in court but did not signal that he was backing down on prosecuting migrants who cross the border illegally.
