Everyone knows Ben Affleck has the physique and square jawedness to make the Batman suit work. Question is, does Affleck have the acting chops to pull off an older, worn-out Dark Knight (how director Zack Snyder described the character). We’ll have to wait until “Superman vs. Batman” hits screens in two years, May of 2016.

In the meantime, we’ll be teased to death with stuff like the tweet above.  

“Man of Steel” was infinitely better than Bryan Singer’s debacle “Superman Returns,” but still wasn’t much to write home about. Hopefully the sequel will be an improvement. Come May of 2016, though, I may not be in any kind of shape to enjoy anything. I’ll still be in shock over turning 50 in March of 2016.

Deep shock.
