Detectives allegedly discovered more than 26,000 pages of conversations and texts between a 19-year-0ld Pico Rivera man and 21 underage Hispanic girls in multiple states.

Friday the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, according to KTLA 5, charged Carlos Estrada with 109 felony and 42 misdemeanor counts including possession of child pornography; contact with a minor for sexual offense; disorderly conduct by distributing a private intimate image of a minor causing emotional distress; extortion; and lewd acts upon a child.

A 14-year old Antelope Valley girl’s complaint of sextortion via Facebook to her father, who reported it to the sheriff’s deputies, earlier in the year prompted the initial investigation.

Estrada allegedly enticed the young girl into sending nude photos of herself to him. After receiving the lurid photos, allegedly he pressured her for more graphic photos and videos, according to sheriff’s department news release. When she refused to comply Estrada allegedly threatened that he would release the photos to her Facebook Friends list.

Speaking only in Spanish, the mother of the alleged sextortionist insisted that her son was innocent. Estrada pleaded not guilty to all accounts and is being held on $3 million bail.
