Posters with Apple’s iconic “Think Different” slogan, featuring the fruit with a bite mark shaped in the silhouette of Donald Trump on them, have been appearing in the streets of Los Angeles and San Francisco ahead of the November 8 presidential election.

“We launched the Los Angeles posters on September 29,” Art Wing Conspiracy told Breitbart News by phone on Tuesday, which also coincided with the launch of the group’s rainbow-colored “Think Different” Trump art in San Francisco.

The group asked that they not be named individually.

Tuesday is “National Coming Out Day,” and colorful posters were placed across from Twitter headquarters on Market Street and throughout Silicon Valley.

Art Wing Conspiracy commented: “Apple has a rainbow and the original ‘Think Different’ ads have rainbows, but if you look at the rainbow in our apple it’s the gay rainbow.”

One of the tweets was accompanied by the caption “when you’re in the voting booth, no one has to know.”

According to the Gateway Pundit, the rainbow-colored “posters were most prominent in San Francisco’s Castro District. They were also photographed at Divisadero & Haight, Divisadero & Page, Market & 7th St, across from Twitter headquarters at Market & Fell, and near the [Human Rights Campaign]’s offices on Castro Street.”

“It’s ironic that the Human Rights Campaign and Hillary Rodham Clinton have the same initials,” the artists told Breitbart News.

The posters reportedly also appeared at a bar named Zeitgeist, where Hillary Clinton supporters allegedly attacked two Trump supporters in October 2015. One of them was wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat.

Asked where they drew their inspiration, they said, “Andrew Breitbart said that politics is downstream from culture.” They added that knocking on doors and signing petitions is not working anymore, and “we decided that we didn’t want to have anything to do with traditional politics anymore. And so we found the lowest barrier for entry into a cultural channel is street art… And serendipitously, street art is about rebellion. And America is about rebellion and resisting tyrannical rule.”

Art Wing Conspiracy was also behind the “Hospital This Way” signs, using Hillary Clinton’s iconic “H” logo and featuring the Democratic candidate’s first name with the word “ill” emphasized and underlined in red.

Residents of West Hollywood, California also woke up this past June to find their city plastered with rainbow-colored Gadsden flags affixed with the pro-gun message “#ShootBack,” in response to the terrorist attack at a gay Orlando nightclub that month.

Asked what the reaction to their “Think Different” street art has been, they said “It’s kind of like the scene of a crime, so we don’t stick around for too long. Especially up here [in San Francisco] because it’s kind of like Invasion of the Body Snatchers.”
