Feb. 27 (UPI) — The Actors Awards, formerly known as the SAG Awards, will return Sunday.
The 32nd annual event will take place at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles.
The Screen Actors Guild shared the show’s new name in November.
“Since the beginning, our statue has been called The Actor and we’re a show that’s entirely about actors, so this new name is a perfect next step in the show’s evolution,” showrunner Jon Brockett said at the time.

The 32nd Annual Actor Awards will stream live at 8 p.m. EST on Netflix.
Paige DeSorbo and Scott Evans will host a red carpet preshow, which will air on the streamer at 7 p.m. EST.
Host:
Nobody Wants This star Kristen Bell returns for a third time to helm the event.
“Having Kristen return to host feels like welcoming back a member of the family,” Brockett previously said. “One you actually want to hang out with.”

Brown, Teyana Taylor, Timothee Chalamet, Tyler Okonma, Viola Davis, Woody Harrelson, Wunmi Mosaku and Yerin Ha.
Ha will also be this years Actors Awards Ambassador.
Nominees:
In the motion picture category, One Battle After Another led nominations with seven nods, followed by Sinners (five).
In the television category, The Studio topped the nominees with five potential honors.
Best Actor nominees include Timothee Chalamet (Marty Supreme), Leonardo DiCaprio (One Battle After Another), Ethan Hawke (Blue Moon), Michael B. Jordan (Sinners) and Jesse Plemons (Bugonia).
Best Actress nominees include Jessie Buckley (Hamnet), Rose Byrne (If I had Legs I’d Kick You), Kate Hudson (Song Sung Blue), Chase Infiniti (One Battle After Another) and Emma Stone (Bugonia).
The Life Achievement Award will be presented to Harrison Ford.
