Chris Pratt mimics ‘Jurassic World’ raptor squad at children’s hospital

BATON ROUGE, La., June 22 (UPI) — Chris Pratt plays the lead as the brave and heroic dinosaur researcher Owen Grady in the box-office hit Jurassic World.

One scene in the movie features Pratt on the training grounds of the velociraptors using a unique stance to keep the raptors at bay.

The image has inspired a multitude of zoo keepers, setting off a whirlwind of memes that mimic the stance, using the hashtag “raptorsquad.”

Pratt recently poked fun at the trend when he visited the Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, La.

An album posted by the hospital features Pratt signing autographs and posing with patients and staff.

Among the collection is a photo of Pratt mimicking the popular stance that has gone viral.
