'Over year or so' for Iran to get the bomb: Obama

It will take Iran “over a year or so” to develop a nuclear weapon, US President Barack Obama told Israel’s Channel 2 television a week before he pays a historic visit to the Jewish state.

“We think that it would take over a year or so for Iran to actually develop a nuclear weapon, but obviously, we don’t want to cut it too close,” he said in an exclusive interview with the private TV station.
