Dec. 4 (UPI) — One Battle After Another was named Best Film by the National Board of Review Wednesday.
The film also won the prizes for Best Director (Paul Thomas Anderson), Best Actor (Leonardo DiCaprio), Best Supporting Actor (Benicio del Toro) and Breakthrough Performance (Chase Infiniti).
Rose Byrne won for Best Actress for If I Had Legs I’d Kick You and Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas earned the honor for Best Supporting Actress for Sentimental Value.

Ryan Coogler scored in the Best Original Screenplay category for Sinners and Clint Bentley and Greg Kweder were recognized for Best Adapted Screenplay for Train Dreams.
The Best Animated Feature was deemed Arco and Best International Film was voted It Was Just an Accident.
The trophies will be handed out Jan. 16 at a ceremony in New York.
The NBR also listed its Top 10 favorite movies of the year in alphabetical order.
