March 19 (UPI) — Starz said the premiere week of the final season of Outlander drew nearly three million viewers, marking a four-year series high.
The episode that topped the week, titled “Soul of a Rebel,” ranked No. 1 among all scripted cable shows.
The third episode of Season 8 will stream Friday. The series stars Sam Heughan and Caitríona Balfe as Jamie and Claire Fraser and is based on Diana Gabaldon’s novels.
