Matthew Dowd: ‘Trump Has Horrible Favorably Numbers in a General Election’

Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” former chief strategist for the Bush-Cheney ’04 presidential campaign Matthew Dowd said, Republican front runner “Donald Trump has horrible favorably numbers in a general election.”

Dowd said, “Donald Trump has horrible favorably numbers in a general election. He’s probably the weakest most unelectable GOP candidate but he’s the leading candidate so I think all of the Democrats should have been happy about last night. They all brought their a-game in the course of that.”

He added, “I just look at the data. When a meteor is about to hit earth, I say it’s going to hit earth.”
