Vice President Joe Biden met Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton today at the airport in Scranton, and eagerly embraced her. And he wouldn’t let go.
For 17 seconds, Biden kept his arms around Hillary’s waist as she tapped him on the arm and appeared to be trying to pull free.

Biden gazed directly at Clinton, speaking to her earnestly ahead of their rally later in the afternoon.
