On Wednesday’s edition of Breitbart News Tonight, Senior Editors-at-Large Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak will take your calls and continue the discussion of President Trump’s first State of the Union address.
Special guest Howard Kurtz, host of Fox News Channel’s Media Buzz, will discuss his new book Media Madness: Donald Trump, the Press, and the War over the Truth.
Breitbart Finance Editor John Carney will discuss the growing popularity of Trump’s tax cuts, the Federal Reserve’s decision toto leave interest rates unchanged and upgrade its assessment of the nation’s economic strength. He also discuss what we can glean from the few details Trump offered in his State of the Union address about his infrastructure and trade plans. Carney will give some insights on how the president’s infrastructure plan can avoid making the same mistakes as President Obama’s failed “shovel-ready jobs” Stimulus projects.
Breitbart National Security Editor Frances Martel will examine why Trump said so little about China in his State of the Union address despite the connections between China and many of the problems highlighted in the speech.
Breitbart Texas Editor Brandon Darby will discuss the ongoing surge in illegal immigration and border crossings as amnesty negotiations continue on Capitol Hill. In San Diego, Federal authorities found 77 illegal aliens, including 5 children, being smuggled into the country in a brown vehicle resembling a UPS truck.
Bill Hartzell, an Angel Family member, will join the show to discuss the political push for amnesty. His wife’s grandmother, Louise Sollowin, was 93 years old when she was raped and murdered by Sergio Martinez-Perez, an illegal alien from Mexico who was 18 years old when he committed the crime. Hartzell testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee last October about the damage done to our country because our government refuses to enforce immigration laws.
Breitbart News Tonight broadcasts live on SiriusXM Patriot Channel 125 from 9:00 p.m. to Midnight Eastern (6-9:00 p.m. Pacific).
