Biden: ‘Russia Can Not be Allowed to Redraw the Map of Europe’

Friday at the European Union headquarters in Brussels, Vice President Joe Biden said Russian President Vladimir Putin must be stopped in his effort to, “redraw the map of Europe.”

The vice president urged Europe to “stand strong,” adding, “Russia cannot be allowed to redraw the map of Europe and that’s exactly what they are doing.”

Thus far, that strong stance has not included the weapons requested by the Ukrainians, with the EU and the United States having only supplied financial and political aid at this point.
