Hispanic Chamber CEO: The Private Donald is Very Different from the Public Donald

Tuesday on CNN’s “Newsroom With Brooke Baldwin,” after Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump held a private meeting today with the head of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Javier Palomarez, the CEO said, “The private Donald was very different from the public Donald.”

Palomarez  said, “He did talk to me candidly about his feeling about the Hispanic community and immigrants in general. He talked to me about some of his friends who are Hispanic who have had longstanding relationships with him. People whose names I won’t mention now. The reality of it is, the private Donald was very very different from the public Donald, and I was very–I think encouraged—by what I heard, but the proof is in the pudding.”
