Facebook CEO Holds Christie Fundraiser

This should surprise no one. Zuckerberg and Christie worked together in 2010 when the social media gajillionaire donated $100 million to New Jersey schools.

Most importantly, though, is the fact that Christie’s looking unbeatable to be re-elected this November, and as of right now, thanks to the New Jersey Governor’s willingness to French kiss Obama and viciously trash Republicans, Zuckerberg need not worry that the Left and the media (but I repeat myself) will trash him for backing a Republican–something that would surely happen were Christie the “wrong kind” of Republican, like a Scott Walker, Jan Brewer, or Rick Perry.

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — Facebook’s CEO has friended New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie again.

Christie’s campaign says Mark Zuckerberg will host a fundraiser for Christie next month at his home in Palo Alto, Calif.

The young tech billionaire and the Republican governor teamed up in 2010 when Zuckerberg pledged to donate $100 million to Newark’s public schools.

A Christie campaign spokesman says the fundraiser shows how much respect Christie has earned for “taking on tough fights to reform and improve education.”

When you know a guy is going to be reelected, is a likely 2016 presidential front-runner, and media approved — easy choice and no surprise whatsoever.
