One of the accused 9/11 plotters shouted "You are going to kill us" during a chaotic proceeding Saturday before a military court charging them with the deadliest attacks ever on US soil.

"Maybe you're not going to see us any more," Ramzi Binalshibh told the judge, Colonel James Pohl, shouting "You are going to kill us."
