In a statement released Tuesday, Al-Aqsa Foundation for Endowment and Heritage said that some 30 Jewish settlers broke into the mosque’s Bab al-Maghariba gate.
Scores of Israeli special forces are surrounding the mosque especially at Bab al-Maghariba gate, where all Muslim worshippers under 45 were obliged to leave the place.
