Lee Bright Claims Graham Cares More About Muslim Brotherhood than US Troops
Lee Bright, a South Carolina state senator who is challenging incumbent Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), claimed Graham cares more about the Muslim Brotherhood than American troops in an appearance on Breitbart News Sunday on Sirius XM Patriot channel 125.
Bright went so far as to accuse Graham of learning from President Barack Obama how to be a community organizer for the Muslim Brotherhood. He hammered Graham for taking a trip to Egypt to get Muslim Brotherhood prisoners freed instead of speaking to South Carolinians at live town halls.
"For some reason Lindsey Graham thinks they are worthy of our support," Bright said, saying South Carolina residents are shocked the more they learn about the Muslim Brotherhood, a group Bright emphasized had ties to the 9/11 terrorists.
He claimed Graham was ultimately "weak on defense when it comes to looking out for military." Bright pointed out that American troops who have been in "harm's way" and have had "boots on the ground" in Middle Eastern countries are struggling in the Veterans Administration system.
Bright said South Carolinians are "outraged" and wondering why Graham cares more about how the "Muslim Brotherhood is portrayed" than he is about his constituents.
