March Madness: Florida, Arizona, Wichita State, Virginia Secure Top Seeds

Florida, Arizona, Wichita State, and Virginia snagged top seeds in the NCAA tournament, with Florida being the top overall seed and Virginia getting the final No. 1 seed after they won the ACC tournament and Michigan lost the Big Ten tourney.
