Dennis in Drag: Rodman Plays Basketball Game Made Up as a Woman

Dennis Rodman participated in the Legends of Basketball Tour 2014 in Argentina, which does not appear to be a surprise. He did play the game dressed as a drag queen.

Then again, it is Dennis Rodman so maybe it is not such a surprise.

After all, this is the man who dressed up as a bride in 1996 when he promoted his book Bad As I Wanna Be in New York City. In Chicago, he dressed in full makeup and a feather boa for the book tour.

During his time in the NBA, he dyed his hair and pierced his body. He was known for his antics as much as his play on court. In 2000, he sat on the court as a way to protest a referee’s call. When he was with the Chicago Bulls he “was suspended for 11 games when, during a road game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, he kicked a cameraman who he felt was too close to the court.”

But nothing could top his friendship with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un. He has visited twice, sang happy birthday to Mr. Evil, and played basketball with the North Korean team. He said it was for diplomatic reasons, but the cash says otherwise.

To make matters worse, Rodman appeared on CNN and actually took Jong-Un's side over American prisoner Kenneth Bae. He asked CNN host Chris Cuomo if he knew what Bae to be arrested, but Cuomo pointed out the North Korean government did not release any details. Rodman continued to berate Cuomo and tried to justify why he brought a bunch of ex-NBA all-stars to the country.

But a few days later, Rodman apologized to CNN and Cuomo. More importantly he apologized to Bae's family and they accepted it. He said he was drinking and entered rehab. He claimed he would reevaluate his life, but went out drinking three days after he left
