When Vice President Joe Biden stopped for a photo opportunity with a patron in a Singapore diner on July 25, he ran into a small problem: the patron had no idea who Biden was.
According to the National Journal, when Biden squeezed up next to the patron for a photo, the individual asked: “Who is he?”
This response was apparently all Biden needed to hear to know it was time to move on.
Perhaps the most famous example of Biden re-imagining the concept of personal space was when he cozied up to a group of bikers in an Ohio restaurant while on the campaign trail last year.
