Hillary Clinton Wants To Take In More Syrian Refugees

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s call for the United States to accept more Syrian refugees is already being countered by Republican candidates.

“I would like to see us move from what is a good start with 10,000, to 65,000, and begin immediately to put into place the mechanisms for vetting the people that we would take in, looking to really emphasize some of those who are most vulnerable,” Clinton said Sunday on Meet the Press.

Syria is a breeding-ground for Islamic terrorism and supporters of jihad, as well as a magnet for international jihadists going to the country to fight dictator Bashar al-Assad. How many potential jihadists could the United States inadvertently bring to America under Clinton’s plan?

Republican candidate Scott Walker is strongly against bringing any more Syrian refugees to American soil. 70,000 Syrians displaced by that country’s civil war have already been brought to the U.S.

“I think we need to stop bringing in more refugees not because we haven’t been good-hearted,” Walker said on the Breitbart News Sunday radio program, noting that the refugees can’t even be properly vetted by U.S. national security personnel.
