Veteran investigative reporter Sydney P. Freedberg is going to work for the David Brock-run pro-Hillary Clinton super PAC American Bridge.
Four-time Pulitzer Prize winner Freedberg, formerly of the Miami Herald, Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg, announced Wednesday her decision to join American Bridge. She won three shared Pulitzers and also won one individually for an exposé on Navy fatalities.
“My career in investigative reporting has taught me invaluable skills for holding public officials accountable. I’m excited to channel those skills and passion in my work with American Bridge in order to help bring the truth to light,” Freedberg said in a statement.
American Bridge was founded by Clinton ally Brock to pump out opposition research on Republican candidates.
