Israeli Jews Support Romney by Wide Margin

After the DNC this year, where the mere mention of God and the State of Israel became a bone of contention; after the constant instances of Barack Obama’s intense dislike of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu; after the four separate times Obama’s Administration leaked Israeli agreements with other countries to fly over them to attack Iran, scuttling those agreements; the perception in Israel is clear.

Israeli Jews prefer Mitt Romney, a close friend of Netanyahu and the nominee of a party whose constituents outnumber Democrats 43% to 9% in feeling that the U.S. could be more supportive of Israel.  Arabs who live in Israel prefer Barack Obama, the enabler of the Islamist Arab Spring.

In a new poll conducted between Oct. 22-24 by the Israel Democracy Institute and Tel Aviv University, Israeli Jews preferred Romney over Obama by 35 percentage points, 57% to 22%, while the Arabs preferred Obama by 30 points, 45% to 15%.
