France’s Assia El Hannouni (L) and her guide Gautier Simounet (R) celebrate winning the gold medal in the women’s 200m T12 final during the athletics competition at the London 2012 Paralympic Games at the Olympic Stadium in east London. El Hannouni announced her retirement after a successful London Paralympics in which she won the T12 100m and 200m for a third successive Games.
