LOS ANGELES, May 30 (UPI) — Australian rapper Iggy Azalea has canceled her upcoming Great Escape concert tour.
Azalea — who is known for her hit songs “Fancy,” “Work,” “Bounce,” “Change Your Life” and “Pretty Girls” — did not specifically say why she was scrapping her shows, but she hinted it was so she could concentrate on her next album.
“As u may know, the tour is cancelled. I’m so sad and sorry to let my fans down…we’ll be back out on the road when the next album is done,” the 24-year-old recording artist tweeted Friday.
“The cancellations don’t include Pittsburgh Pride, Ottawa Bluesfest, Québec Summer Festival, or Washington State Fair. Still coming to those!”
