Twitter is planning to sublet a quarter of the space of its San Francisco headquarters.

The company have put around 184,000 square feet of space on the market over two separate buildings, as advertised by Cresa, a commercial real estate firm.

Twitter spokeswoman Natalie Mikaye said in a statement, “We’re always looking at ways to use our office spaces more efficiently and effectively,” but that the company “remains committed to our home in San Francisco’s Mid-Market area.”

The news comes after a series of difficulties for the company, including third quarter results that fell way below their expected revenue targets, as well as two high level executives leaving the company in the same week.
