Update: Bartender Banished to Back After Gaining 5 Pounds Wins Weighty Battle

KCAL: A female bartender is back in the front of the house after filing a sex discrimination and harassment lawsuit against the West Hollywood bar where she works.



Virginia Tzortos, who works at the Foxtail Lounge, 9077 Santa Monica Boulevard, said the bar’s owners put her to work in the kitchen because she gained five pounds.
