Cuban Americans Mixed on Opening Travel to Cuba

It’s time for Congress to end restrictions that have prevented most Americans from visiting Cuba, a bipartisan group of senators said Tuesday. In Miami’s Little Havana, residents expressed mixed emotions to the new legislation.
