KMGH: The billboard shows a cartoonish Obama grinning, wearing a turban and says, “PRESIDENT or JIHAD?”

Underneath the president’s image is a big yellow square with the phrase, “BIRTH CERTIFICATE” in red letters and then “PROVE IT!”
