Environmental Groups Try To Stop New Gulf Wells

A U.S. Appeals court is considering a challenge from environmental groups, seeking to block Shell from drilling 10 new wells in the Gulf of Mexico. This is one of the first drilling approvals in the Gulf since the 2010 BP spill.
