Carney Jokes About Time's Person Of The Year: 'Great Magazine'

Jay Carney pulled a copy of the “Time’s” Person of the Year issue featuring President Obama out of his binder and joked, “who put this in here?” He then laughed and said “great magazine” before putting it back on the podium and beginning the White House daily press briefing.
