White House Promises Keystone Veto

Several times during Tuesday’s White House daily briefing, press secretary Josh Earnest said President Barack Obama would veto legislation that approves construction of the Keystone XL pipeline if it lands on his desk, as was promised to happen later this week by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY).
