Michaela Angela Davis: Michelle Obama ‘Gave a Lot of Women Permission To Be Who They Say They Are’

On Friday’s “History Made: The Legacy of Michelle Obama” CNN special, writer Michaela Angela Davis stated, “Michelle Obama gave a lot of women permission to be who they say they are… you are allowed. The First Lady said so.”

Davis said, “Michelle Obama gave a lot of women permission to be who they say they are, and if today you are a woman that wears a cardigan, and tomorrow you’re a woman that wears a sheath dress, you are allowed. The First Lady said so.”
