Zuckerberg Not Giving Up on Amnesty Bill, Calls for Immediate Action

Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us just won’t give up on amnesty legislation.

On Thursday, House GOP leaders denied Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart’s (R-FL) final plea for amnesty legislation, weeks after House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) informed President Barack Obama that there would not be a vote on immigration this year.

The group’s millions and connections could not get Congress to pass comprehensive immigration legislation, but that did not stop FWD.us from again blasting “House Republicans in Congress” for having “consistently failed to do their jobs like the rest of us” in passing amnesty legislation. FWD.us urged Americans to petition the House to take “action on immigration reform immediately.”

As Breitbart News has been reporting, high-tech groups like FWD.us want drastic increases in the number of high-tech guest-worker visas, even though numerous nonpartisan scholars and studies “have shown there is a surplus–not a shortage–of American high-tech workers.”
