Ben Carson: It's Hard Not To Laugh' at Obama

Wednesday on NewsMax TV’s “The Steve Malzberg Show,” former Johns Hopkins neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson said, “It’s was hard not to laugh” after President Barack Obama’s comments on the VA Hospital scandal early today.

Carson said “we have heard this before” referencing Obama’s reactions to previous scandals at the IRS and on Benghazi, adding he doesn’t think the president understands the implications of all his recent missteps…
