CNN reported Monday on “New Day” that presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump is vetting Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) as a potential vice-presidential pick.
Political analyst Maggie Haberman admitted that there is no “consensus candidate” or “top choice” for Trump at this time, but Ernst has recently emerged as a new possibility.
