FS1’s Bayless: ‘LaVar Ball Has Gone Over the Edge,’ Going to ‘Shatter’ His Sons’ Futures

Fox Sports 1 “Undisputed” co-host Skip Bayless reacted Tuesday to LaVar Ball pulling his son LiAngelo out of UCLA over the suspension he faced for shoplifting in China, saying the father “has gone over the edge.”

According to Bayless, LaVar Ball’s actions are going to “shatter” the futures of his sons, Lonzo, a rookie for the Los Angeles Lakers, LiAngelo and highly-rated high school prospect LaMelo.

“LaVar Ball has gone over the edge into ‘Big Baller Brand’ — which is actually ‘LaVar Baller Brand,'” Bayless said, calling Ball “the ultimate 15 minutes of fame Hollywood celebrity.”

“He’s about to shatter the futures of all three of his sons because he’s going to make it very difficult for all three to succeed,” Bayless added. “His attitude has been from the start … if I don’t like what you’re doing to my son, I will take my ball, so to speak, and go home.”
