Firefighters on Saturday morning were responding to a fire at a recycling yard in the Harbor Gateway neighborhood of Los Angeles, officials said.

The blaze was reported about 10:17 a.m. in the 20300 block of South Normandie Avenue, the Los Angeles Fire Department said on Twitter.

The recycling yard was well-involved in flames, but no adjacent structures were immediately threatened, according to the LAFD.

There were no preliminary reports of injuries.
