TEL AVIV – Hezbollah Chief Hassan Nasrallah on Sunday warned Jewish immigrants to Israel to leave the country before it goes to war with the Lebanon-based terror group.

Addressing “non-Zionist Jews,” Nasrallah said at a speech marking the Shiite holy day of Ashura, “I call on anyone who came to occupied Palestine to leave it and return to the lands you came from, so you will not be the fuel for any war waged by your foolish government.”

He added that Hezbollah’s war is not against the Jewish people but against the Zionist government of Israel, and it was because of this that he was offering those Jews who do not support the “Zionist regime” or the idea that Israel is the Jewish homeland the chance to get out.

“Netanyahu’s government is leading your people to devastation and destruction,” Nasrallah said, adding that the Israeli prime minister was “trying to lead the region into war in Syria and Lebanon.”

“Netanyahu and his government do not know how the war will end if they start one, and they do not have an accurate picture of what to expect should they embark on the folly of war,” he said.

Last month, a Hezbollah commander said the group has amassed more than 10,000 fighters in southern Syria ready for battle with Israel.

Israel has warned Hezbollah that if it provokes the Jewish state, Israel will destroy the terror group and cause devastation to Lebanon.

Last month, the IDF conducted a massive 10-day drill simulating a war with the terror group.
