Could Congressman Mike Coffman’s RESTART bill loosen Communist China’s stranglehold on rare earth minerals? Rep. Coffman joined Frank Gaffney today on Secure Freedom Radio to talk about what America can do to counter this strategic disadvantage.

PR China has restricted rare earth mineral exports as a diplomatic tool, threatening the security of America and its allies. The RESTART BILL requires GSI to take an inventory of America’s rare earth stockpiles while allowing American manufacturers access to an alternative source of a critical natural resource.
