A group of clerics in Syria have issued a fatwa giving starving men,women and children permission to eat cats, dogs and donkeys if theyhave nothing else to eat. The fatwa is directed to suburbs ofDamascus where Syria’s psychopathic president Bashar al-Assad isconducting a siege, refusing to allow aid convoys to enter. At thesame time, the cleric pleaded for humanitarian help:
