US to reopen all embassies except in Yemen on Sunday

The United States said Friday it would reopen all of its embassies shut this week except in Yemen after assessing a threat from Al-Qaeda.

State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Washington would also keep closed its consulate in the Pakistani city of Lahore where it pulled out staff on Thursday.
