LOS ANGELES, Oct. 17 (UPI) — Demi Lovato has dyed her hair blonde once again in a new selfie on social media.
“Goldie locks,” the singer captioned the post on Instagram Sunday that featured her new flowing blonde hair as she donned a white sweater and a full face of makeup.
The selfie garnered close to 800,000 likes as of Monday morning across her 48 million followers with many flooding her feed with compliments.
The hair change comes after Lovato recently made headlines for announcing that she would be taking a break from music in 2017.
“So excited for 2017. Taking a break from music and the spotlight.. I am not meant for this business and the media,” Lovato wrote after she faced criticism for calling out Taylor Swift over her feud with Katy Perry.
“It doesn’t feel worth it anymore. I’d rather do charity work tbh,” she added when asked by a fan if she would ever come back.
