White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders baked four pecan pies on Wednesday night, posting pictures of the project for skeptical reporters.

It’s the latest installment of “piegate” — which was triggered by a photo that Sanders posted during Thanksgiving about a chocolate pecan pie that she had made.

Show it to us on a table,” White House reporter April Ryan responded. “Show it to us on the table with folks eating it and a pic of you cooking it.”

On Wednesday evening, Sanders posted several pictures of her pie baking process, specifically addressing Ryan.

White House reporters are hosting a Christmas party on Thursday, where everyone brings food or drink for a celebration after the briefing. White House press staff are traditionally invited to stop by.
