Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will discuss his report on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) abuse in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee at 10 a.m. ET.
Horowitz released a report on Monday showing there were a number of failures by the FBI in obtaining an initial and subsequent surveillance warrants on a former Trump campaign member.
